Using Caba
Caba helps professionals communicate with clients and coordinate approved workflows. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining access to your account, and using Caba only for lawful professional purposes.
Messaging consent
By using Caba, you agree that Caba may send account, verification, relationship, and workflow messages by SMS, RCS, or similar channels where you have provided consent. You must have appropriate permission before inviting clients or contacts to message with Caba.
Integrations and approvals
Caba may connect to services you authorize so it can prepare drafts, retrieve context, or support workflows. Client-affecting or binding actions should be reviewed and approved by the responsible professional before execution.
Billing and access
Paid access, trials, renewals, cancellations, and payment processing may be handled by Caba or its payment provider. If billing is not active or required information is incomplete, Caba may limit access to the service.
Account changes
Caba may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk, or fail to maintain required consent or billing status. You may request account help through Caba support channels.
